I, 						, as an adult leader of this unit hereby certify that all of the above youths meet the eligibility requirements for election into the Order of the Arrow:

* They are each registered in my Boy Scout Troop or Varsity Team.

* They are each 20 years of age or younger. 

* They have each achieved the rank of First Class Scout. 

* In the past two years they have each spent at least fifteen days and nights on campouts. Of these fifteen, a minimum of six days and five nights have been contiguously spent in a residence camp approved under the auspices of the Boy Scouts of America, and the balance of the camping has been overnight, weekend, or other short-term camps.
