Winter Banquet is the Lodge's annual Recognitions meeting, where brothers are recognized for their service (awarding of Troop Service awards, Elangomat Service awards, Dancer and Ceremonial Team Recognition Awards, Founders Day awards, and many more), Chapters are recognized for their achievements (including the awarding of the coveted Roth Award), and new Lodge Leadership is formally introduced.
