| On July 8, brothers met at Forvus Research for our First Annual Ice Cream Social. This was a chance to meet in fellowship and have a little fun. We reviewed the new Web site, played computer games and ping-pong, drank soft drinks, ate ice cream and generally just had a good time. |

Although there was not a big turnout - or maybe because of it - most of the fourteen that did come went home with stomach aches from eating too much homemade ice-cream. |

The Winner! Ingredients: 6 eggs (or egg-beaters) 1-½ teaspoons sugar 2 tablespoons vanilla 8 Milky Way bars 1-½ pints whipping cream 2 cans Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk 6 cups milk
Instructions: 1. Beat together eggs, sugar, vanilla, Eagle Brand milk, whipping cream and milk. 2. Melt 7 Milky Way bars and then cool. 3. Mix together and put in ice cream maker. 4. Chop finely 1 milky way bar. Add into ice cream maker to provide texture |

The winning recipe was "Milky Way Chocolate", provided by Carl M, and mighty fine it was! Stan C, while admitting defeat, warned that no one would beat his pumpkin ice cream next year! |
